Made delectable with a combination of the ever-popular Japanese citrus fruit yuzu, and our special meringue mousse. Bringing about its characteristic cotton-lightness with tangy-ness.

Excellent cake . Cake itself was light/fluffy while the sweetness and tartness of the fresh cream was just right. The yuzu and raspberry flavour came through subtly.

Cake is little too sour this round , however still love Nesuto creations 😊
