Tasted delicious with soft creamy texture and yumny crunchy base. Not too sweet and enjoyed by all the guests.

Cake was fantastic. Each layer had a good flavour and they all came together well. Quality ingredients, fun textures, all in all a well thought out cake. Id have liked the mousse-cake ratio to favour the cake, but otherwise I was really happy with it!
