A light fluffy cake made with a Japanese cotton sponge and layers of fresh raspberries and yuzu meringue mousse. Good for those who like their cakes less sweet.

Our second order in less than a month

The current design of the cake is so sweet and beautiful. We tried the cake last month and the family loves it that it was requested for the next birthday. The raspberry and yuzu tasted delicious together and the sweetness of the cake is just perfect!

We cannot wait to order the next cake !

Pretty and delicious cake!

I actually prefer this original design with the white chocolate curls on top. The cake is so pretty with soft pastel pink and cream and I almost can't bear to cut and eat it. Everyone loves the cake which is nicely sweet and citrusy. 11 pax chowed down a 20cm with no leftovers. The cake box interior is a nice design too! The team is also responsive to email when I needed a small change. Absolute LOVE ❤️
