The addition of rich Bavaroise unexpectedly complements the earthy flavours of the cake, sure to make an impression.
Loved all the components of the cake. (Its really yummy!) would give 5/5 for flavour and texture for the cake itself but its a pity that macaroons shells are hollow and are already soggy.

slightly disappointing.
matcha crumble in the cake was quite soft alr despite being coated with chocolate :( wished there was more matcha crumble scattered in the cheesecake
