I bought the seasonal mango passionfruit shortcake for my mum birthday, thought good to try Nesuto’s signature cakes and put them side by side to find my favourite!
The Yuzu Raspberry was so highly recommended, got so many good reviews but it definitely not my kind of cake - too sour lemony for me to think it’s a dessert, I had to quickly swallow it and get the sourness out of the way/tastebuds.
I love the Praline Noisette Gateau, the hazel nutty fragrance and the different layer of textures (creamy chantilly cream, soft sponge cake and the crunchy base) gave some fun and surprises to eating a cake. ❤️
I like Hojicha so this Konichiwa Hojicha cake is delightful to me. The strong green tea; roasted bitterness of the tea make this a special cake that I will order again.❤️
Quality ingredients and good variance for each of the flavors in this tasting set. Good for those who cannot finish a whole cake! Really enjoyed this!
I like the softness of their cakes and the many layers of ganache and cream is perfect. The best is that it’s not overly sweet. Favourite at the moment is Yuzu Raspberry, love its tartness. Will order again.
