Our Chestnut Vanilla Gateau is lovingly handcrafted with aromatic chestnuts. The rich chestnut flavor also makes it especially decadent. It's undoubtedly becoming one of our favorite cakes.

The chestnut rum mousse and cream with diced Chestnuts come together in perfect harmony with a light cocoa souffle sponge with vanilla Chantilly.
