The cake was absolutely delicious! It was fresh, moist, the sweetness was just right and it tasted as good as it looked. Really liked how there were so many pieces of mango in it as well, could have one with every bite!
The shortcake is light, tasty, just the right sweetness and creaminess. The passionfruit in it gave a nice ending to a mouthful. I could have this again and again.

Cake sponge was very soft and the overall cake not too sweet. It would be perfect if the passionfruit flavor is stronger.
