Great tasting cake, great service

The cake was delicious! Although I paid for 2.5-hour delivery, it arrived late. However, after providing feedback, Nesuto refunded the delivery cost to me, which was a thoughtful gesture on their part. Their willingness to take responsibility and address the mistake made by the delivery agent reflects excellent service.

Ordered this cake for a colleague's birthday celebration. Despite the delivery hiccup, Nesuto team delivered quality service follow-up and timely recovery for our celebration.

The cake has a balance between orange flavours and chocolate that is not overly sweet.

Kudos to team Nesuto!
