Cake is light and fluffy, not too sweet either, which is super good for families. Goma wasn't intense enough, taste of goma could be stronger, without affecting the current texture of the cake~
Not common to find black sesame cake which is my favourite. It's good and I love it.
The sesame and crisp biscuit layers are a delight—nutty, toasty, with just the right crunch. I also love that it’s not overly sweet, letting the flavors truly shine.
