Made delectable with a combination of the ever-popular Japanese citrus fruit yuzu, and our special meringue mousse. Bringing about its characteristic cotton-lightness with tangy-ness.

Taste was great! The yuzu taste shone through the cake.

One star removed as to my surprise, cake did not arrive with birthday candle or knife.
