We’ve given our Konichiwa Hōjicha cake a thoughtful refresh, further refining both flavour and texture. 

This iteration uses premium Hōjicha powder sourced directly from Kyoto and Kagoshima, made from Yabukita and Saemidori cultivars, roasted perfectly to bring out a complex aromatic profile.

The cake’s cream topping has been lightened, allowing delicate interplay of Hōjicha chiffon sponge, ganache, and Chantilly. 

The result is a dessert that is refined, toasty, and subtly bittersweet—an elevated expression of Japanese roasted green tea, created with care for your most cherished moments.
