Lemon Entremet Tart

This was such an excellent tart. It was bright sharp citrus burst which hits you when you first eat it. The textures are incredible n the biscuit below tastes very nutty. Such an incredible tart. The best tart I’ve ever had so far. The base isn’t too hard. And it’s really pretty.

Good flavors sweetness is just right however a little to sour for the middle layer. Overall enjoyed it.
