Created in celebration of Ah Girl (泡泡糖女孩), the debut feature film by Singaporean director Ang Geck Geck Priscilla, this cake is a love letter to growing up in 1990s Singapore.

Set in 1994, the film sees the world through the eyes of seven-year-old Swee Swee, called "Ah Girl" by her family. She is curious, cheeky, and quietly making sense of a home that is changing around her. This cake is our tribute to her story, and to the child in all of us who remembers what it felt like to be small.

Inspired by the sweets we loved growing up, the Ah Girl Pandan Jagung cake brings together two nostalgic favourites: the corn kueh (kueh jagung) and pandan kaya cake from the neighbourhood bakery. Layers of light pandan soufflé sponge are filled with corn kueh studded with fresh corn, then wrapped in a smooth pandan and coconut kueh. It tastes like after-school afternoons and weekend visits to Grandma's, when a small treat felt like the biggest thing in the world.

Available from October to December 2026 only, in limited quantities.
