Bought this for my husband's birthday. It was a tad smaller than expected, but it was a beautiful tart/ cake. The ingredients really shone through. Crumbly cookie like base, with layers of chocolate and hazelnut in between, sponge layered in between - complex texture. Salted caramel gave it bitterness to contrast with the nutty, sweet flavours of the other layers. It was a really beautiful tart, not too sweet. Not something I would patron, but recommend to try at least once.
Simply divine cake!! Lovely cake for my son's birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended!
