Alittle sweet

A slice of heaven

For those who tried their Christmas launch of the lemon kumquat version, the yuzu kumquat version is notches up! The yuzu is subtle with a stronger kumquat taste. (Only feedback I have is I prefer a stronger yuzu taste). But it has a refreshing, tart yet sweet so that balances out. (If you don’t have a sweet tooth, I do suggest that you go for other Nesuto cakes). The candied fruits offer texture and what’s not to like with gold flakes to welcome CNY! Makes a great gift too. I ate half the cake only to remember that I should have snapped a photo first.
